πŸŒ™ The project to fix my sleep schedule

Background: My sleep schedule is awful. Something about my circadian rhythm, I think. I went a long time of sleeping at 4 am... which became 6 am, which became 11am. I've managed to keep pushing that back and back now so that I go to sleep at about 6pm, which is good, but I'd really like if I could get my sleep schedule anchored in place, at least.

The plan is: no artificial lights except for my laptop, and f.lux applied rigorously to that. I'll have 5g of coffee in my morning cup, I'm limited to 3g once before lunch if I want it, and 1g thereafter if I really, really need it. I will sleep when I get sleepy, and not stress otherwise. In the morning, if I'm up before sunrise (as I often am), I'll be limited to the minimum-brightness-orange-hue of my screen and a candle.

I'll try and make this a daily blog thing, to keep me on track. Both for accountability and because I just bought a year's subscription to this site and I'll be damned if I let that go to waste!
